2: CDNSI lists two payment options provided by us with Pay Pal and Google. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards. We highly recommend that your purchases be made via Google which is safe and secure for all of your on line transactions.
3. Transactions/Cancellations
3-1: We recommend that you use the convent Google Check Out option to process your order. You may prefer to use an alternative method, both methods of processing your payment is safe and secure.
3-1-A: All cancellations will charge a $2.00 cancellation fee for each payment transaction made through Google or Pay Pal. This charge will apply and be deducted from your total reimbursement for your canceled orders. With each cancellation you request, you will receive via E-mail a printable invoice listing your canceled purchase(s).
3-1-B: You will receive a tracking number for your online purchases. When UPS picks up your item(s) the customer service department will E-mail you the tracking number.

3-3: Western Union payments not accepted outside of the United States. Western Union payments within the United States must be verified between both the buyer and CDNSI and are subject to approval by our accounting department.
3-3-A: To our international visitors, providing that you have and agent/representative located within the United States, we will ship your purchases to any specified location within the United States only. Your agent will make all of the necessary shipping arrangements and complete the necessary paperwork for shipping exportation.
3-3-B: CDNSI reserves the right to decline all; personal checks and international company checks that exceed the amount of products purchased. CDNSI reserve the right to hold all checks for validation and authenticity before the order is processed. Please refer to SEC. 3-3-A.
4. Our Return Policy
CDNSI will refund your total purchases if returned undamaged and within 30-days. This policy does not include instant and free downloads.
5. Discontinued Products
5-1: CDNSI is a product business and we rely upon our suppliers to provide us the products listed here. If you placed an order and upon processing we find that the item you have purchased has been discontinued you will receive an E-mail notification informing you of the status.
5-2: Your refund will be processed and the purchase price will be returned to you less the $2.00 service fee by check within 30-days.
6. Back Orders
6-1: We make every effort to deliver items as soon as possible. During the busy holiday seasons many of our popular items do sell out quickly. To prevent a delay in receiving your items we suggest that you order at least 60-days in advance.
